Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all phases of architectural projects from concept to

completion.

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.

• Utilise your expertise in Revit to produce detailed designs, drawings, and

specifications.

• Ensure adherence to regulations and industry standards throughout the

project lifecycle.

• Foster strong relationships with clients, providing clear communication

and delivering exceptional service.

The Invoicing Clerk is responsible for the accurate preparation, processing, and tracking of invoices to ensure timely billing and efficient cash flow. The role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to resolve discrepancies between internal departments and clients.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Prepare, generate, and issue invoices in accordance with company policies and client requirements
• Verify supporting documentation such as purchase orders, delivery notes, and contracts before invoicing
• Ensure accuracy of pricing, quantities, VAT, and client information
• Maintain and update invoicing records and financial systems
• Submit invoices within agreed timelines and deadlines
• Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on overdue payments
• Liaise with clients to resolve invoice queries and discrepancies
• Work closely with internal departments (Sales, Operations, Finance) to ensure correct billing
• Process credit notes and adjustments where required
• Reconcile accounts and assist with month-end processes
• Ensure compliance with financial procedures and audit requirements

-  To facilitate data-driven decision-making and improve company operations, the Data Scientist will develop and execute cutting-edge AI and BI solutions.

-  Drive data science projects, using sophisticated analytics and machine learning models to address difficult business challenges and generate actionable insights.

-  They will collaborate with other departments to design data strategies, build models, and embed those models into software-driven business processes.

Strong C# application troubleshooting & code/stack-trace analysis

Vue.js & Electron debugging using DevTools, IPC, packaging & updates

Angular troubleshooting and basic development

Windows & Linux .NET application/server support

Diagnose firewalls, proxies, certificates, PKI, TLS & network issues

Azure Monitor & Log Analytics for telemetry and root-cause analysis

PowerShell/Bash scripting for troubleshooting automation

Production & Incident Support:

Triage incidents, prioritise severity & manage client communication

Identify configuration vs environment vs product issues

Support occasional after-hours international client escalations

Contribute to bug fixes, stability improvements & Azure networking

Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

Key Responsibilities:

Operate production Kubernetes & Azure environments using Terraform

Build and maintain GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines

Own observability, dashboards, alerting, SLOs & incident response

Manage secrets, identity, networking & security

Partner with engineering teams to improve platform reliability
